Bazaars · For companies
A curated market in your lobby
Curated food, lifestyle, festive and wellness vendors, brought into your office for a half day or a full day. More than six hundred of them since 2015. We know what works in a lift lobby, a canteen and a plant floor.
Tell us your site and headcount. We will curate the vendors and handle the rest.

Getting the most from a bazaar
A bazaar works best alongside something else
Many of our clients pair a bazaar with a company activity already in the calendar: a health screening, a wellness talk, a festive celebration, a coffee station at shift change. Staff then have more than one reason to come down, and the vendors see a better day. We will suggest what fits your site, your people and your budget, and we will be honest about what a lunch hour on your floor looks like.
formats
Four bazaar formats
Lunch hour pop up
Six to ten vendors, three hours, in the lobby or canteen. The simplest place to start.
Full day bazaar
Twelve to twenty vendors, often paired with a company activity on the same day. The classic.
Festive market
Themed for Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Mid-Autumn and Deepavali, with hampers, gifts and decor.
Wellness market
Health screening, treatments, supplements and healthy food, timed to the health calendar.
We handle vendor curation matched to your staff profile, layout, permits and building management liaison, setup, an on site coordinator and teardown, halal and dietary requirements where your site needs them, and a short report afterwards.
WHY VENDORS WORK WITH US
Four reasons merchants keep coming back
Premises you cannot reach on your own
Pharmaceutical campuses, insurers, manufacturers, depots, hospitals and schools. Hundreds of staff and no walk in trade to compete with.
An honest picture of every site
Before you accept an invitation you know the site, the headcount, the timing and what else is happening that day. We would rather you decline than be disappointed.
Fair fees
A modest booth fee that has stayed gentle for ten years. [No commission on your bazaar sales.] Permits, layout and the client are handled by us.
Decent treatment
Clear timings, a named person on site, and straight answers. Ask any merchant who has worked with us.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
We curate. That means we say no sometimes.

What every vendor on our roster has in common: a product office workers
want at lunch, a presentable booth, punctuality, and paperwork in order.
Health and wellness
Supplements, health screening,
massage and treatments.
Beauty and personal care
Skincare, cosmetics,
fragrance and grooming.
Services and experiences
Workshops, craft stations,
photo booths, entertainment.
VENDOR STANDARDS
What we ask of every vendor
